My films are starting points for deeper conversations, especially on topics of body image, eating disorders, and female representation. As a filmmaker, I hope to make pieces that deeply resonate with the viewers and that keep them thinking even once the film has ended. The imagery around us in advertisements, billboards and social media often make people feel insecure, unworthy, and undesirable. They tell us that we need to change our bodies, our appearance, and ourselves in general. However, as a creator, I have the power to create images of which I think the world needs to see more. My goal is to spark conversation, empower and encourage people to take action and ensure that all people, especially women, know they are  beautiful, powerful, loved and worthy.
